Lifestyle Change

Here it is Jan. 1, 2008.  This year I’m not going to say diet, I will say I changed my lifestyle.  I used to get upset with myself if the weight wasn’t coming off fast enough, yes I would so I would sulk in food.  I would think of it as comfort food, but it was all the high calories foods.  I was exexcising but I wasn’t pushing myself to burn the calories.  So, 2008 I won’t be telling myself later, I can’t do it, I don’t have time or any excuses.  I want a change of lifestyle, so it is up to me to reach my goal.  No more excuses, but lots of positive changes for 2008.  My goal is to reach 136-105 lbs, keep up on fitness, and help others out with the struglle.  Happy Nw Year my Buddy’s.  I can’t wait for the biggest losser’s tonight.

    I feel the same way not dieting but making a life change..changing what i eat.making me a healthier person.
