Changed my GOAL
I haven’t reached my mini goal of 150lbs. I was sitting here thinking when I went to a fitness class and my last day there was 4/6/06 at that time I weighed 175lbs. I thought it was terrible. So I thought to myself that should be my mini goal. Self after you reach that then go for the 150lbs. Your making your goals to large for a mini. So, for once I agreed with myself. By next year I know I’m going to look great, but most of all I will feel lots better with self. I’m starting to feel the munchies coming on, but I have to get back on the bike to finish my 5miles for the night and have my other exercises to do and yes my WATER that is my lifeline.

I think that its great that you changed your goal, I did the same recently. I think that psychologically, if we have small goals and reach them often it boosts our spirits and motivates us to keep going.
I think keeping the mini goals small are a good thing. Good luck! You can reach yours.
Great idea Kim, lower your mini goal plug away at your excercises, and water is the key! you have a level head on your shoulders, and you know you can accomplish this oal of 175 again, so lets do it! good luck, no not good LUCK, but go get em’! Angie
